OMB Presentation
On Friday September 8, the Informed Insights team officially presented recommendations to various federal agencies which the OMB had invited, including members from HHS, CMS, DOL, Treasury, and SBA. As part of this presentation, you can submit supporting documents.
We are happy to assist any providers with navigating this process - free of charge - including by sharing our supporting documentation as a template. It’s important that providers advocate for a fair arbitration process as new rules are under consideration.

#1: If you choose to schedule a meeting, you’ll be given a teleconference number. There’s no opportunity to screen share and talk through slides. We opted for a PDF for our supporting documentation and called out each section as we began.
#2: Our intent was to have a discussion with the meeting participants; however, I can zero questions or feedback were provided during our presentation. Be prepared to deliver a monologue.
#3: Let’s be honest.. most people can’t be expected to pay attention through a 30-minute monologue. This puts extra emphasis on providing strong supporting documentation. We’re happy to provide a template upon request.
